Growens operates in a context of<\/span><b> total transparency<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, both internally and externally, by adapting conduct, processes and communications to the highest standards &#8211; in many cases on a voluntary basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to guarantee such transparency, since 2020 Growens has published a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.growens.io\/en\/sustainability\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sustainability Report<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on an annual basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With this document, Growens shares a voluntary report that involves all business aspects and proposes plans for the following years too.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>What does the Code of Business Conduct provide for?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Code of Business Conduct provides <\/span><b>guidelines <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">about the performance of work for all the Group employees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Code of Business Conduct provides guidelines for the performance of work by all staff who, in various capacities, work in the interest of the Group, recognizing and promoting certain behavioral principles, in addition to<\/span><b> fundamental ethical values<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
