On Thursday 8 September 2022, the Growens top Management held the <\/span>traditional conference call<\/b> to walk investors through the <\/span>half-year report as of 30 June 2022, <\/b>approved by the Board of Directors<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Under the moderation <\/span>of the Executive Director & Investor Relations Officer Micaela Capelli<\/b>, the <\/span>CEO Nazzareno Gorni<\/b> and the <\/span>Chairman <\/b>& CFO Matteo Monfredini<\/b> analyzed the recent business results, which were followed by a question and answer session.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>The first half of 2022 shows sound top-line recovery, whereas costs are affected by the SMS component (COGS), BEE (S&M) and acquisition related costs (SG&A), only partially offset by the incremental performance brought on by Contactlab\u2019s integration, starting from 1 May 2022 according to IFRS accounting principles<\/span><\/i>.\u201d <\/span>Matteo Monfredini, Chairman and founder of Growens<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
