We are pleased to announce that Growens was awarded during the second edition of the \u201c<\/span>HR Mission 2022<\/span><\/a>\u201d award.<\/span><\/p>\n

This project organized by <\/span>AIPD<\/span><\/a> (Italian Association for personnel management) selected Growens as the winner of the <\/span>Networking (territory) category<\/b>, thanks to its <\/span>Cagliari Innovation Lab<\/span><\/a> project.<\/span><\/p>\n

The award winner was Enrica Lipari, People & Culture Director at Growens, creator and promoter of the Innovation Lab project together with the IT department.<\/span><\/p>\n

The HR Mission 2022 award\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

Every year, the AIDP association, composed of professionals closely linked to the HR world, organizes projects and activities with the aim of promoting the <\/span>professional culture<\/b>, role and value of those who work in this field.<\/span><\/p>\n

The “HR mission” award recognizes HR managers who stand out for their innovative projects in the HR field.<\/span><\/p>\n

The theme of the HR mission this year was “<\/span>working with and for the people<\/b>” and its aim was to reward the dedication, creativity and innovation put in place by HR professionals for the development of their companies, of the work practice and of their country.<\/span><\/p>\n

The winning project\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

I<\/span>nnovation is the beating heart of the Growens business model<\/b>. It is in favor of innovation itself that the Group invested in the opening of a new Research & Development center – the Cagliari Innovation Lab, in collaboration with <\/span>CREA<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>The Net Value<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This technological hub aims to train <\/span>future skills<\/b> and fuel <\/span>technological innovation<\/b> and moreover it hosts the <\/span>new local office<\/b> of the Group itself.<\/span><\/p>\n
