Datatrics was present with a booth.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>The event <\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Netcomm Forum is the most important Italian event about the first growth driver for the Italian economy: <strong>digital retail<\/strong>, a sector that reached a value of 71 billion euros in 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eighteen years after its first edition, it keeps being a moment not to be missed for all experts and enthusiasts of this field at both an Italian and global level, allowing them to stay updated on the latest industry developments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On 17 and 18 May 2023, Netcomm took up two exhibition floors of the <strong>Allianz MiCo<\/strong> in Milan, counting 30,000 participants, 300 sponsoring and exhibiting companies, 155 workshop sessions, 15 Netcomm Spaces, 11 sessions at the Netcomm Academy and more than 350 speakers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each speech (interviews, workshops and roundtables) was focused on one of the following <strong>macro-themes<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E-commerce in the world, Digital Export and the Marketplaces role<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital Transformation, innovation and business strategies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new omnichannel Customer Journey, from engagement to packaging<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technologies, organization and skills for e-commerce and Digital Transformation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><b>MailUp+Contactlab at Netcomm<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MailUp+Contactlab is the Growens Business Unit that offers customers everything they need to structure advanced marketing strategies via Email and SMS, as well as services that allow them to get the highest level of customer engagement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perfectly in line with the topics covered at the Netcomm Forum, MailUp+Contactlab supported the event as a Silver Sponsor. It also hosted <strong>two workshops<\/strong>, showing how its services can help email marketing activities by simplifying communication with customers, and took part in a r<strong>ound table<\/strong> where it shared its consolidated experience in this field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Furthermore, the Netcomm Forum was the <strong>first physical and public event<\/strong> in which MailUp and Contactlab presented their combined offer together.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>MailUp Speeches<\/b><\/h3>\n<h4><b>Il Giardino dei Libri: growing steady revenues thanks to email marketing with MailUp\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first MailUp+Contactlab workshop at the Netcomm Forum 2023 shared the successful case history of \u201cIl Giardino dei Libri\u201d, the first Italian online bookstore focused on soul, body, mind and spirit, with an annual turnover of <strong>9 million euros.<\/strong> Of these, 30% come from the email channel.
