{"id":220834,"date":"2023-12-14T11:11:48","date_gmt":"2023-12-14T10:11:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.growens.io\/?p=220834"},"modified":"2024-06-20T12:49:54","modified_gmt":"2024-06-20T10:49:54","slug":"hr-mission-2023-award","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.growens.io\/en\/hr-mission-2023-award\/","title":{"rendered":"Growens is awarded the HR Mission 2023 award by AIDP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the second year in a row, Growens won the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aidp.it\/progetti\/hr-mission-2022.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HR Mission 2023<\/a>&#8221; award thanks to the &#8220;Contract Harmonization&#8221; project in the &#8220;Industrial Relations&#8221; category.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Like every year, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aidp.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AIDP<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Italian Association for Personnel Management) has awarded HR Managers and Directors who have created or are creating innovative projects that improve the organization&#8217;s efficiency and people&#8217;s work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The third prize for the &#8220;Industrial Relations\u201d category was awarded to <\/span><b>Enrica Lipari<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, People &amp; Culture Director at Growens, creator and promoter of the project along with <\/span><b>Sara Parroco<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, People &amp; Organization Growth Manager, and <\/span><b>Clelia Gallareto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, People Operations Manager, in the context of the integration following the acquisition, set up with the guidance and support of the lawyer<\/span><b> Ivana Azzollini<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Partner at Deloitte Legal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sara Parroco accepted the award.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-220830 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.growens.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG_9921-3.png\" alt=\"Sara Parroco accepted the award.\" width=\"2127\" height=\"1572\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.growens.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG_9921-3.png 2127w, https:\/\/www.growens.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG_9921-3-300x222.png 300w, https:\/\/www.growens.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG_9921-3-1024x757.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.growens.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG_9921-3-768x568.png 768w, https:\/\/www.growens.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG_9921-3-1536x1135.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.growens.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG_9921-3-2048x1514.png 2048w, https:\/\/www.growens.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG_9921-3-70x52.png 70w, https:\/\/www.growens.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG_9921-3-1920x1419.png 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2127px) 100vw, 2127px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><b>The winning project\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2023, Growens finalized the sale of Contactlab S.p.A. (acquired in 2022) together with MailUp S.p.A. (and the Spanish legal entity Acumbamail SL) to the TeamSystem Group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From a contractual point of view, Contactlab applied to its employees the Italian<\/span><b> Collective Labor Agreement (CCL)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for employees of companies operating in the communications and innovative services sector, as signed by SLC-CGIL, FISTEL-CISL and UILCOM-UIL as trade unions and by Assolombarda, while Growens applied the <\/span><b>National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for employees of tertiary, distribution and service companies (so-called Commerce\/Tertiary sector).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As part of the meetings held during the consultation procedure pursuant to art. 47 (the sale of the MailUp S.p.A. branch), Growens<\/span><b> promoted dialogue <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with the trade unions, aimed at identifying a solution for extending the Tertiary contract also to Contactlab employees, enabling a <\/span><b>contractual harmonization<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, although within the limited time constraints due to the sale of Contactlab to the TeamSystem Group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This recognition is rewarding and exciting, and comes at the end of a year full of changes for the Growens Group. Each extraordinary transaction opened a new chapter in the history of our company and had a huge impact both on the organization and on individuals.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As the People &amp; Culture Department, we have invested not only in enabling everyone to face the changes while maintaining their motivation high, but we have concretely acted &#8211; working together with the Contactlab colleagues &#8211; so that everyone could inherit a higher level of contractual protections and guarantees.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Industrial relations prove once again, from our point of view, a strategic lever in managing and supporting people&#8217;s growth and retention<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221; &#8211; stated Enrica Lipari, People &amp; Culture Director.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>The corporate &amp; operational context\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For their business, companies look for talented &amp; specialized professional profiles, highly sought after on the market. This is the reason why it is essential to recognize salary levels that are <\/span><b>constantly updated <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and in line with the standards in use in the relevant fields.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The technology services business is an ever-evolving sector and requires the adoption of <\/span><b>suitable tools<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to respond to the changing needs of companies that operate there.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The transition to the Tertiary contract was aimed at guaranteeing greater process <\/span><b>flexibility<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>better management <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of structural costs and <\/span><b>more effective market penetration<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Indeed, this provided overall more favorable treatment for employees compared to the previous contract in force at Contactlab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last, in view of the planned transfer of the branch and employees to TeamSystem, the achievement of a harmonization aimed at guaranteeing the application of the same collective treatments to the whole staff.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>The harmonization process<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The harmonization project saw the People &amp; Culture Department involved in <\/span><b>three <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">implementation phases:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Analysis of Contactlab contract<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> provisions (&#8220;as is&#8221;), feasibility study with analysis of methods and timing for cancellation, comparison with the Tertiary contract for each contractual institution affected, and evaluation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Identification of the &#8220;to be&#8221; scenario<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and potentially critical areas, quantification of potential costs for Contactlab in the different scenarios, development of proposals for neutralization\/reduction of negative effects for employees (possible &#8220;platform&#8221; to start from)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Launch and development of the negotiation table<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on harmonization with the trade unions signatory to the previous contract (SLC Milano \u2013 CGIL, UILCOM Milano Lombardia \u2013 UIL) as well as the trade union delegations signatories of the Tertiary contract (FILCAMS \u2013 CGIL, FISASCAT \u2013 CISL, UILTUCS \u2013 UIL)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The signing of the agreement note by all the Trade Union Organizations involved represented the final step of a constructive harmonization process carried out together with the Growens representatives.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Growens won the HR Mission 2023 award, for distinguishing itself with impactful and innovative projects and initiatives in HR Management.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":15,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[94,74],"class_list":["post-220834","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-senza-categoria","tag-awards","tag-culture"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.growens.io\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/220834","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.growens.io\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.growens.io\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.growens.io\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/15"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.growens.io\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=220834"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.growens.io\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/220834\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":220835,"href":"https:\/\/www.growens.io\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/220834\/revisions\/220835"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.growens.io\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=220834"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.growens.io\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=220834"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.growens.io\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=220834"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
