Growens has strengthened its investment in <\/span>projects<\/b> promoting <\/span>employee well-being<\/span><\/a>, sustainability and innovation over several years. In 2024, this commitment was recognized with<\/span> two certifications<\/b> from <\/span>ChooseMyCompany<\/span><\/a> and<\/span> an award <\/b>from <\/span>AIDP<\/span><\/a>, the Italian Association for Personnel Management. Both organizations acknowledge Growens as an excellent workplace due to its positive work environment and its sustainable initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n

ChooseMyCompany certifications<\/b><\/h2>\n

ChooseMyCompany – a French company that<\/span> collects and analyzes<\/b> the opinions of employees, candidates, students and clients within organizations – aims to improve transparency and the quality of working conditions, by providing tools to promote well-being and a positive social impact.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Growens received two important certifications: HappyIndex\u00aeAtWork and WeImpactIndex\u00aeItaly, ranking<\/span> 6th and 5th<\/b> respectively, thanks to the results of an <\/span>anonymous survey<\/b> conducted among its employees.<\/span><\/p>\n

Growens achieves the<\/span> 6th place <\/b>in the ranking, earning the<\/span> HappyIndex\u00aeAtWork<\/b> certification.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This recognition is awarded to companies that demonstrate a high level of <\/span>satisfaction and well-being<\/b> among their employees. The certification considers different aspects of the work environment, such as satisfaction, motivation, work-life balance and relationships with colleagues and management.<\/span><\/p>\n

WeImpactIndex\u00aeItaly\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n

Growens also achieved the <\/span>WeImpactIndex\u00aeItaly<\/b> certification, ranking<\/span> 5th<\/b> among the participating companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

This category takes into account the <\/span>companies\u2019 impact on the territory<\/b> in which they operate, evaluating their commitment and initiatives in social and environmental areas, the sustainability of their business practices and their corporate ethics.<\/span><\/p>\n

AIDP Award for the Growers at Growens project\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

The Italian Association for Personnel Management<\/span><\/a> (AIDP) has been organizing the <\/span>AIDP Award <\/b>for twelve years, awarding projects that stand out for their innovation, quality, impact on the corporate structure and people, and replicability in other contexts.<\/span><\/p>\n

On June 14, 2024, AIDP awarded Growens third place at the AIDP Award 2024 in the category “<\/span>Workplace management<\/b>” thanks to the<\/span> Growers at Growens <\/b>project.<\/span><\/p>\n

Growers at Growens\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n

Growers at Growens<\/span><\/a> is an urban agriculture initiative that led to the creation of <\/span>cultivable gardens<\/b> on the terraces of Growens’ offices. This initiative addresses the need to rethink contemporary workspaces, transforming them into stimulating environments that promote collaboration and the physical and mental well-being of employees.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to offering a place for relaxation and regeneration throughout the workday, the Growers at Growens garden serves as an <\/span>ecological space<\/b> for exploration and enrichment. Through numerous themed workshops and hands-on gardening sessions, everyone can learn urban agriculture practices and collaborate in <\/span>caring<\/b> for the plants.<\/span><\/p>\n

The initiative also aims to<\/span> provide the community<\/b> with fresh, seasonal, self-produced local products such as vegetables, greens and aromatic plants, in order to promote food awareness in a sustainable and nature-connected way.<\/span><\/p>\n

The primary goal of the project is to create a more <\/span>welcoming work environment<\/b> by not only transforming the office’s aesthetic but also strengthening a sense of connection with nature within the workspace.<\/span><\/p>\n

The presence of the garden offers concrete opportunities to<\/span> actively engage employees <\/b>through participation in plant care and vegetable cultivation, providing a valuable chance to break away from the work routine. Additionally, the project aims to encourage sustainable consumption practices by raising <\/span>awareness<\/b> on issues related to nutrition, the environment, climate and ecology.<\/span><\/p>\n
