Updated financial calendar
Milan, 16 July, 2026 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, announces that, in partial amendment to the information provided in the corporate events calendar released on 19 December 2025, the date of the Board of Directors’ meeting for the approval of the half-year financial report as of 30 June 2026 has been brought forward to 15 September 2026 from the 17 September originally scheduled.
Therefore, according to Article 17 of the EGM Rules for Issuers, the Company hereby notifies the updated financial calendar for the fiscal year 2026:
