Notification of share capital changes
MailUp S.p.A. (the “Company” or “MailUp”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility AIM Italia / Alternative Investment Market and operating in the marketing technology field, following a share capital increase in kind for a total amount of Euro 1,557,810.11, dedicated to BMC Holding B.V. versus the contribution in kind of its shareholding of n. 409 shares in Datatrics B.V., corresponding to 40,94% if its share capital, hereby notifies the new share capital composition.
