The Ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting is called in Cremona, via Dell’Innovazione Digitale n. 3, on 15 April 2025 at 10:00 a.m., in a single call.

Growens S.p.A. has announced today that the Board of Directors passed a resolution to approve the draft individual and consolidated report for the full year ended on 31 December 2024, prepared in compliance to international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS). The approved data will be submitted to the audit firm BDO Italia S.p.A. and to the Board of Statutory Auditors for their review.

Growens S.p.A. hereby announces, pursuant to Article 17 of the Issuers’ Regulations, that it has entrusted the role of Specialist to BPER Banca S.p.A., effective 25 May 2025. BPER Banca S.p.A. will succeed CFO SIM S.p.A. as Specialist, with CFO SIM S.p.A. holding the position until 24 May 2025, inclusive.
