MailUp S.p.A. announces that today they appointed BPER Banca S.p.A. as their Nominated Adviser, starting from December 16, 2019, subject to the release of the statement as per Article 17 of the AIM Rules for Nominated Advisers to Borsa Italiana.

MailUp S.p.A notifies the purchase of n. 1,000 treasury shares on AIM Italia, value date 6 November, 2019, at an average price of Eur 4.5693 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 4,569.30.

MailUp S.p.A. announces that on November 6, 2019 the Board of Directors was convened for November 12, 2019 in order to examine certain consolidated financial data concerning the 9-months period ended September 30, 2019.

MailUp S.p.A. hereby notifies the purchase of n. 2,000 treasury shares on AIM Italia, value date 5 November, 2019, at an average price of Eur 4.5225 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 9,045.00.
