MailUp S.p.A., has announced today that the Board of Directors passed a resolution to approve the draft individual and consolidated report for the full year ended on 31 December 2019, prepared in compliance to international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS). The approved data will be submitted to BDO and to the Board of Statutory Auditors for their review.

The company notifies the adoption of mandatory smart working and prohibition of business travel via public transport, for the staff in force at the Milan and Cremona corporate offices, with effect from Monday February 24 to Friday February 28 included.
