The HR Mission 2022 award
Every year, the AIDP association, composed of professionals closely linked to the HR world, organizes projects and activities with the aim of promoting the professional culture, role and value of those who work in this field.
The “HR mission” award recognizes HR managers who stand out for their innovative projects in the HR field.
The theme of the HR mission this year was “working with and for the people” and its aim was to reward the dedication, creativity and innovation put in place by HR professionals for the development of their companies, of the work practice and of their country.
The winning project
Innovation is the beating heart of the Growens business model. It is in favor of innovation itself that the Group invested in the opening of a new Research & Development center – the Cagliari Innovation Lab, in collaboration with CREA and The Net Value.
This technological hub aims to train future skills and fuel technological innovation and moreover it hosts the new local office of the Group itself.
Since the opening of the lab, some important projects have been activated:
- The participation in the Sardegna Ricerche tender which finances ICT projects between €75,000 and €250,000, to be implemented over a period of 24 months, in collaboration with the University of Cagliari.
- The launch of a series of seminars about D&A and Cybersecurity which will be held at The Net Value headquarters over the next few months.
- The recruitment of personnel in the local area.
